ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an opportunity for an energetic, motivated and committed team player to join our team on a permanent part-time basis as a Courtesy Bus Driver at our superb venue Harbord Diggers located in Freshwater, NSW!

As a Courtesy Bus Driver, you will act as our brand ambassador, providing prompt and friendly transportation services throughout our local community. As the first touch point for our members & guests you will:

• Transport members & guests on nights & weekends to and from the Club
• Promote Harbord Diggers promotions and events to your passengers
• Enhance the Harbord Diggers experience to all our members and guests
• When not on bus runs assist with other general duties 

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Outstanding communication skills
• Must be available all nights & weekends
• Current C Class Drivers Licence for NSW (Automatic)
• NSW Driver Authority
• A clean driving record (an RTA print-out will be requested)
• Must be able to answer calls via Bluetooth
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and Public Holidays
• RSA & RCG certification (or willing to complete before commencement)
• First Aid certification (or willing to complete before commencement)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently searching for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager / Duty Manager to join and lead our lively close-knit team on a permanent full-time basis at Harbord Diggers Club, located in Freshwater, NSW!

As a Customer Service Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations throughout the venue overseeing Food, Beverage, Gaming, Member Services, Dock & Cellar, and Kitchen to ensure memorable moments are created with all visitors by effectively supervising, training and providing on-going development opportunities to the team.

More specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Venue management including guest experience, appearance, security, professional leadership
• Leadership role that will see you motivating, coaching, mentoring and developing a strong and dynamic team with a focus on delivering exceptional service standards
• Talent management and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA, RCG, HACCP and Gaming Regulations
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders as necessary to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Coordination of rosters ensuring operational needs are met
• Ensure continuous improvement of our service delivery
• Attend and manage customer complaints and issues
• Organisation of workflow
• Supervision of employees including training and development as well as oversee and manage the employee performance life cycle
• Completion of accurate Risk Manager reporting

ABOUT YOU

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:

• Previous experience leading daily operations within a similar role in the Hospitality Industry
• Current certification in Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG), Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), First Aid & Advanced Resuscitation – or willing to obtain
• Strong understanding of the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA, RCG, HACCP and Gaming Regulations to ensure the Clubs compliance
• Strong leadership skills that encourage a supportive work environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Exceptional people management, relationship building, and verbal & written communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Great conflict resolution abilities
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights and weekends
• 4-day rotating roster across the work week with 3-days off per roster week.

The salary range for this role is $90-100k per annum.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Permanent Full‑Time or Part‑Time Facilities and Maintenance Officer to provide professional maintenance support across multiple Mounties Group sites.

As the Facilities & Maintenance Officer, you’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality maintenance and facility services across the Harbord Diggers site. Your work ensures that buildings, plant, equipment, and amenities remain safe, compliant, and operational. From day‑to‑day repairs to contractor coordination and site inspections, you’ll be a key contributor to the smooth running of the precinct and the experience of our members, residents, and guests.

More specifically, some of your key duties will include:

• Perform general handyperson duties including repairs and maintenance, patch and paint, carpentry, minor building works, and fault rectification.
• Undertake programmed and reactive maintenance works across all allocated sites, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards.
• Carry out minor electrical works strictly under the supervision of a licensed electrician and in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Accurately log, track, and close maintenance requests using approved systems, including clear documentation of works completed.
• Assist with inspections of buildings, plant, and assets to identify defects, hazards, and service issues.
• Supervise and coordinate third‑party contractors on site to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with legislation, scope, and site procedures.
• Ensure contractors comply with WHS requirements, inductions, permits, and site‑specific operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the Facilities Management team to establish, review, and improve maintenance procedures and site operations.
• Support compliance with WHS, building, fire, and statutory obligations.
• Contribute to risk identification, reporting, and mitigation activities.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:

• Trade qualifications or demonstrated experience.
• NSW Drivers License
• White card (Desirable)
• High Risk License (over 11m) (desirable)
• Elevated Work Platform (under 11m) (desirable)
• ChemCert (desirable)
• Confined Space (desirable)

As a Member Services Attendant, you will act as our brand ambassador and be the first touch point for our members and guests upon entry ensuring a five-star service delivery and memorable moments are created for all.

More specifically, some of your duties will include:

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain legislative requirements including club entry, RSA & RCG standards
• General administrative duties
• Provide our customers with friendly informed directions and assistance
• Up sell and promote club memberships, entertainment, promotions and events
• Process Club memberships and renewals accurately
• Professional and welcoming telephone manner to internal and external customers using the PABX / Switchboard as well as conveying accurate messages
• Project a professional image at all times
• Enhance the Harbord Diggers experience to all members and guests
• Most importantly – greet everyone with a warm and welcoming smile

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

• Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience
• Excellent personal presentation with a high level of communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Experience using a PABX/ Switchboard is desirable 
• A willingness to help and work effectively within a team
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and Public Holidays
• RSA & RCG certification (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)
