ABOUT THE ROLE We invite proposals from experienced and dynamic Swimming Consultants to lead the uplift, redevelopment, and long-term sustainability of our Learn to Swim (LTS), Squad Programs, and Mounties Swimming Club pathway to support our team at Mounties in Mount Pritchard, NSW! We are seeking a consultant who brings deep technical expertise and proven experience in aquatic program development- someone capable of driving program quality, strengthening staff capability, rebuilding pathway alignment, and delivering measurable improvements across swimmer engagement and performance. Your key focus areas will include but are not limited to: - Program and pathway improvement (LTS, Squads, Club).
- On‑deck coaching mentorship (min. 3 sessions/week).
- Staff development and training frameworks.
- Season planning, race strategy and competitive support.
- Culture rebuilding and Sub‑Club alignment.
- Website/user‑journey advice.
ABOUT YOU To be successful in securing this opportunity, you will ideally possess the following: - ASTCA Development Coach Accreditation
- AUSTSWIM/Swim Australia Teacher qualification
- First Aid and CPR
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing more than one squad, team, or coaching group simultaneously
