ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently searching for a driven and dedicated Cash Control Officer on a part-time basis to join our close-knit team at our venue, Harbord Diggers, located in Freshwater, NSW!

 

As a Cash Control Officer, you will be responsible for servicing the needs of our customers internally and externally, whilst maintaining the Club’s cash holdings in a confidential and accountable manner.

  

More specifically, some of your key duties will include:

  • Complete clearance reconciliation
  • Issuing and balancing floats
  • Assisting with he preparation of ATMs
  • Balancing at the end of shift
  • Monitor and review cash handling within the organisation including POS variances.
  • Maintain petty cash records in accordance with club policy
  • Minimise the clubs cash exposure during all operational hours

 

ABOUT YOU

  • To be successful for this role, you should have the following:
  • Strong reconciliation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organisational and time management with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure against multiple priorities
  • Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and other PC Platforms
  • High level of professionalism with sensitivity to confidential issues
  • Impeccable presentation and a service orientated approach
  • Hold a current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA/ RCG competency card or be willing to obtain
  • Current Police Check or be willing to obtain
