The Role: 

 

We are excited to be seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and service orientated Customer Service Attendant with alternate duties as a Relief Duty Manager to join our close-knit team on at our Triglav & Mekong sites, located in St Johns Park and Cabramatta.

 

As a Customer Service Attendant, you will be the face of our front line and work across a diverse range of areas including the bar, gaming and concierge.

To be successful in securing this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experiences:

  • Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
  • A willingness to build a long term relationship with customers
  • Full availability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights and weekends

As a Relief Duty Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations throughout our Venue, including managing the employee performance life cycle including supervision of staff, training and development.

 

More specifically your day-to-day duties can include:

  • Ensure compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA and RCG and HACCP and Gaming Regulations
  • Liaise with staff, supervisors, management and guests as necessary to ensure smooth operation of shift
  • Ensure continuous improvement of our Service Delivery
  • Opening & closing of Club
  • Ensuring our customers’ needs are met
  • Attend to customer complaints and issues
  • Completion of accurate Risk Management reporting
  • Ensuring rostered shifts are covered each day/week using the Club’s roster system TANDA

What we are looking for:

  • Prior experience in Hospitality and working across daily operations in all facets of food, beverage, gaming & entertainment
  • Previous experience leading daily operations within a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA/RCG, HACCP & Gaming Regulations to ensure the Clubs compliance
  • Ability to deliver exemplary customer service that anticipate and exceed customer expectations
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to use positive language
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation
  • Current NSW RSA & RCG competency certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Certificate IV in Hospitality or equivalent (desirable)
  • A leader who is goal oriented
