About The Role Our Triglav (St Johns Park) & Mekong (Cabramatta) Venues, both only a short 10-minute drive from Liverpool, are currently seeking to appoint enthusiastic, energetic and service orientated Customer Service Attendants to join their team on a part-time basis. As the face of our front line, you will work across a diverse range of areas, including bar, gaming and concierge. To be successful in securing this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experiences: - Previous experience within hospitality or a customer related role/ industry
- Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
- A willingness to build a long term relationship with our customers
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Full availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights and weekends
