ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a proactive and highly organised Administration Assistant on a full-time (or part-time) basis at our office in Mount Pritchard. 

 

Reporting to the General Manager - Health, the successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of operations.  

 

More specifically, some of your key duties will include:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the General Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordinate and organise office activities, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and workflow.
  • Support general office operations, including ordering supplies, organising events, and maintaining office equipment.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate must hold the following as a minimum:

  • Experience in a similar role 
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skill
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • high attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office 
  • A friendly, professional approach to working with internal and external stakeholders
