ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our close-knit team on a full-time basis at our flagship site in Mount Pritchard, NSW. Reporting to the Executive Manager – IT, the successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution and successful delivery of all technology-related projects. More specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to: - Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects including HRIS, payroll upgrades, system integrations, and technology rollouts.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Implement governance frameworks to minimise delays, cost overruns, and scope creep.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy standards.
- Provide clear communication and reporting to executives and stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and requirements sessions.
- Collaborate with technical teams across on‑prem, cloud, APIs, integrations, and legacy systems.
- Drive change management, training, user adoption, and transition planning.
ABOUT YOU - 3-5 years in IT project management or a similar role particular in technology-focused, multi-project environments.
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, hospitality/gaming, or enterprise IT environments is highly regarded.
- Certifications in PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum or PROSCI are highly regarded.
- Expertise with project scheduling, budgeting, business cases, resourcing, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, databases, cloud platforms, APIs, networks, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Skilled in risk identification, mitigation, and compliance alignment.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience supporting organisational change and technology adoption.
