ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Hairdresser to join our close-knit team of professional and friendly stylists on a casual basis at our hairdresser, Opulence 254. 

Opulence 254 is located within our flagship venue, Mounties in Mount Pritchard, that offers quality services including haircuts, hair styling, Keratin hair straightening, hair treatments and hair extensions. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of haircare services whilst ensuring high levels of customer service are always delivered and maintained. 

More specifically, your duties may include but will not be limited to:

• Provide advice regarding hair services and products based on clients wants and/or needs
• Assist the team to ensure the Salon operations run smoothly
• Carry out hair services including shampooing, massaging, treating, cutting, colouring and styling of hair
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area
• Schedule client appointments and maintain customer records
• Operate POS terminals and process transactions

ABOUT YOU

To be successful for this role, you should have the following: 

• Hold a current Certificate III in Hairdressing 
• Previous demonstrated experience as a Hairdresser
• Exceptional communication skills
• Have an approachable and friendly personality
• Staying up to date with the latest colouring techniques 
• Passionate about exceeding customer expectations
