ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently searching for a driven and dedicated Cash Control Officer on a part-time basis to join our close-knit team at our venue, Harbord Diggers, located in Freshwater, NSW! As a Cash Control Officer, you will be responsible for servicing the needs of our customers internally and externally, whilst maintaining the Club’s cash holdings in a confidential and accountable manner. More specifically, some of your key duties will include: - Complete clearance reconciliation
- Issuing and balancing floats
- Assisting with he preparation of ATMs
- Balancing at the end of shift
- Monitor and review cash handling within the organisation including POS variances.
- Maintain petty cash records in accordance with club policy
- Minimise the clubs cash exposure during all operational hours
ABOUT YOU - To be successful for this role, you should have the following:
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure against multiple priorities
- Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and other PC Platforms
- High level of professionalism with sensitivity to confidential issues
- Impeccable presentation and a service orientated approach
- Hold a current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA/ RCG competency card or be willing to obtain
- Current Police Check or be willing to obtain
