Our Harbord Diggers venue has undergone a phenomenal transformation building a world class intergenerational precinct. Whilst Manly Bowling Club is treasured by locals for its laid back, relaxed atmosphere. We are currently seeking enthusiastic team players who share the same values and love working in fast paced environments.


The role


Various positions for casual Chefs (Demi Chef/Chef De Partie) to join our busy kitchens at Harbord Diggers and Manly Bowling Club.


Responsibilities include:


  • Ensure compliance to food handling practices and general cleaning duties
  • Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality
  • Work as part of a team


Skills & experience


To be considered for this role, you must have the following:


  • Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
  • Self-discipline, team player with initiative
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Organised and customer focused
  • Motivation, urgency and consistency
  • Experience in making cold larder dishes
  • Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of
  • Great availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights and weekends (including public holidays)
