Customer Service Attendant Relief Duty Manager
Part-Time - St Johns Park & Cabramatta

The role 

Our Triglav (St Johns Park) & Mekong (Cabramatta) venues, both only a short 10-minute drive from Liverpool, are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and service orientated Customer Service Attendant, who will also have the opportunity to showcase their leadership skills as a Relief Duty Manager.   

 

As the face of our front line, our Customer Service Attendants  work across a diverse range of areas, including bar, gaming, and concierge. When you’re not busy greeting guests, attending to gaming calls or preparing beverages, as the Relief Duty Manager, you will see yourself:

  • Ensuring compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA and RCG and HACCP and Gaming Regulations
  • Ensuring continuous improvement of Mounties Groups Service Delivery Standards
  • Opening & closing of Club
  • Attending to customer complaints and issues
  • Completing accurate Risk Manager reporting

 

About you

  • A good understanding of gaming operations, food and beverage outlets and be able to work within and supervise these departments
  • Ability to build a coherent team and provide a high level of customer service
  • A willingness to build a long-term relationship with our customers
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Possess a "hands on" approach and an impressive eye for detail
  • A good practical knowledge of WH&S principles
  • Excellent communication skills (particularly verbal)
  • Good computer and report writing skills
  • Confidence in conflict resolution
  • Impeccable grooming & presentation
  • Full availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights and weekends
  • Current NSW RSA & RCG
