Our Triglav (St Johns Park) & Mekong (Cabramatta) venues, both only a short 10-minute drive from Liverpool, are currently seeking an experienced and customer focused professional who is looking to progress their career with Mounties as a Relief Duty Manager.
This is without a doubt an amazing opportunity for the right person as the position will provide exposure to all areas of the venue.
As the Relief Duty Manager, you will see yourself:
Ensuring compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA and RCG and HACCP and Gaming Regulations
Ensuring continuous improvement of Mounties Groups Service Delivery Standards
Opening & closing of Club
Attending to customer complaints and issues
Completing accurate Risk Manager reporting
A good understanding of gaming operations, food and beverage outlets and be able to work within and supervise these departments
Ability to build a coherent team and provide a high level of customer service
A willingness to build a long-term relationship with our customers
The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Possess a "hands on" approach and an impressive eye for detail
A good practical knowledge of WH&S principles
Excellent communication skills (particularly verbal)
Good computer and report writing skills
Confidence in conflict resolution
Impeccable grooming & presentation
Full availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights and weekends
