We are searching for a Demi Chef to join our busy kitchen at Harbord Diggers on a Casual basis. For the right applicant, there may be fill-time opportunities available as well.
Ensure compliance to food handling practices and general cleaning duties
Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality

Skills & experience
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
Experience working in a high volume kitchen
Self-discipline, team player with initiative
Outstanding communication skills
Organised and customer focused
Motivation, urgency and consistency
Experience in making cold larder dishes
Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and appropriately manage solutions with Sous chef and Kitchen Manager
Must be able to take ownership and responsibility of a preparation section and service station
Full availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights and weekends (including public holidays)
