As our Relief Floor Supervisor at Manly Bowling Club, you will report directly to management and be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the Gaming floor.
With your previous experience within the industry and ability to lead, you will work closely with your team to ensure our overall customer service experience is fulfilled. You will also operate as Bar & Gaming Attendant when you are not proving relief duties.
This dynamic opportunity will allow you to see multiple levels of the business with the opportunity for further growth and learning.
IN YOUR TOOLKIT
To be successful in securing this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experiences:
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within gaming
Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Food & Beverage service experience
Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
A willingness to build long term relationships with our customers
Ability to multi-task & remain calm
The ability to work in a team environment but to also work unsupervised and use your initiative
Current NSW RSA & RCG certification
Current First Aid certification
Great availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays
