About the Role

Mounties Care- Home Care is searching for a dedicated Care Administrator to join our team on a casual basis at our Mount Pritchard Site.


Reporting to the Home Care Operations Manager, the Care Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support on the day-to-day activities in keeping the Care Department functioning and operating.


More specifically, some duties may include:

  • Be the first point of contact for all clients and callers
  • Monitor, review, file and management of the inbox
  • Maintain email and contact distribution lists
  • Preparation of monthly client documentation packs
  • Maintain client records
  • Manage compliance of our Client Agreement commitment by ensuring care plans are reviewed and updated as required
  • Manage and ensure all Carer certifications and credentials remain up to date.
  • Participate in on call roster
  • Provide support to the Care Coordinator in scheduling of client services

About You

The ideal candidate must hold the following as a minimum:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Current Police Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate, including CPR
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Positive and professional attitude
