The role

 

We are seeking expressions of interest from energetic, dedicated and professional team players with exceptional customer service skills to join our fun & friendly team as a permanent part time Gaming Attendant.  

 

Based at our Mt Pritchard venue, you will become the face of our front line and will have the opportunity to work across diverse environments including bar and gaming.

 

In addition to this, there is a review to also assist (in a relief capacity) in the back of house Gaming analysis & reconciliation as an Administration Assistant/ Gaming Analyst. 

 

As long as you are willing to learn, this is a role that can be taught to the right person with the right attitude!

 

The role has a strong focus for both daily & weekly cash flows & link reconciliations along with RCG checks, review of the discrepancies, assisting with player disputes and report writing as required.

 

Skills & experience

  • Previous experience within hospitality or a customer related role/ industry
  • Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organisational & time management with strong attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism with sensitivity to confidential issues
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure against multiple priorities
  • A willingness to build a long term relationship with our customers
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Full availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights and weekends
  • Current NSW RSA & RCG
