ABOUT THE ROLE

Mounties Group is now seeking an experienced, self – driven and team leading individual as a Gaming Service Executive with relief duties as a Gaming Supervisor, to join our Gaming department at our Flagship site in Mount Pritchard on a full-time basis.

 

The successful applicant will work closely with the team to ensure that overall customer service experience is fulfilled.

 

Some of your key duties as Gaming Service Executive will include:

  • Overseeing the gaming operation in our VIP lounge ensuring that customer service delivery is timely, effective, and efficient and that it exceeds the Top tiers expectations and a positive experience. 
  • Ability to anticipate and accommodate to customer's needs & exceed customer expectations
  • Ensure our Top Tier members receive an exceptional customer experience
  • Develops a thorough knowledge and understanding of EGM (Electronic Gaming Machines), MTGM (Multi-Terminal Gaming Machine) and gaming systems and assists operationally as required (e.g., payouts, machine faults etc.)
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of system related products
  • Be in the know with all updated gaming, marketing and Food and Beverage promotions in order to promote them to our customers
  • Assist with the administrative requirements of the Gaming Department, complete data entry requirements, and maintain customers data and files with entirety, ensuring confidentiality at all times

Some of your key duties as a Gaming Supervisor will include:

  • Lead the team to ensure our overall customer service experience is fulfilled
  • Ensure the smooth day to day running of the Gaming Floor Operation
  • Participate in performance management
  • Maintaining and reporting relationships
  • Ensure adherence to Club policy, procedures, Operations, and compliance with all relevant governing bodies

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate must hold the following as a minimum:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a large club/ organisation
  • Strong understanding of the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA/RCG, HACCP & Gaming Regulations to ensure the Clubs compliance
  • A good practical knowledge of safe WH&S practices
  • Exceptional grooming
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills
  • Excellent Verbal and written skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication
  • Capability of working both independently and in a team
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment
  • Possess a current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA/RCG and Advanced RCG competency card
  • Possess a current Provide First Aid certification
  • Full availability to work across a 7-day week roster
