ABOUT THE ROLE

Mounties Care Mobility & Independence is searching for a dedicated and experienced Service Technician to join our team on a full-time basis to support with servicing across our two retail sites located in Warriewood and Mount Pritchard, as well as surrounding suburbs. A work van will be provided.

 

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for assisting and coordinating customer delivers including repairs of mobility products both in client homes and on site.

 

More specifically, some of your key duties will include:

  • Delivery and installation of Assistive Technology products
  • Repairs and servicing of Assistive Technology and Mobility products
  • Maintaining and developing new opportunities with clients via our retail outlets
  • Assist with retail duties on as required basis
  • Assist with Retail & Wholesale Sales support where required
  • Support with stock management, invoicing and delivery

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate must hold the following as a minimum:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, specifically assistive technology service and repair experience
  • Hold a current NSW drivers licence
  • A current Criminal Record Check
  • Excellence verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • A positive can-do attitude and a passionate approach to all aspects of your duties
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
