ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently searching for an experienced and motivated Senior Gaming Service Executive/Gaming Manager to join our team on a full-time basis across at Harbord Diggers, located in Freshwater, NSW!

 

As a Senior Gaming Service Executive/Gaming Manager, with a focus on our VIP patrons, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Gaming Floor operates at an optimum level of efficiency to provide quality standards of customer service.

 

 More specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee gaming operations to ensure that customer service delivery standards are maintained
  • Manage customer complaints and compliments to support the development of loyalty
  • Assist with administrative tasks including managing data and files
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Develop operational procedures to support Mounties Rewards and Recognition program
  • Assist with performance management and training of gaming staff
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in the development of new members and maintain member loyalty
  • Oversee and manage all daily RCG checks
  • Maintain compliance in all facets of the role
  • Harm minimisation procedures and policies to be adhered to
  • Preparation of Gaming Staff Rosters

 

ABOUT YOU

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Hold a current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG – or willing to obtain
  • Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Thorough understanding of the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, L&G Regulations and Gaming Machine Act
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of Gaming Machines, Gaming Systems and of system related products
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
  • Availability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights and weekends
