The Role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Catering Team Leader on a full-time basis to join our flagship venue, located in Mount Pritchard.

As a Catering Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing assistance with day-to-day operations of preparing and cooking snack foods, light meals and beverage items within our Terrace Kitchen, Terrace Bar and Café whilst maintain a courteous and professional customer service.

Key Duties:

• Oversee the end-to-end operations of ordering and preparation food items.
• Maintaining cleanliness workstation area.
• Carry out specialised cooking and non-cooking duties in a kitchen or food preparation area.
• Assist with orders as required.
• Maintain the delivery of our high-level customer service standards in a timely manner.

About You

• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to anticipate customer’s needs and exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to carry out basic cooking.
• Availability to work a range of shifts including days, nights and weekends.
