ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently searching for a motivated Cash Control Officer to join our close-knit team on a part-time basis at our venue Halekulani Bowling Club located in Budgewoi, NSW! As a Cash Control Officer, you will be responsible for servicing the needs of internal and external customers whilst maintaining the clubs cash holdings in a confidential and accountable manner. More specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to: - Balancing of all club monies and recording all transactions
- Preparation of all club floats, including mini cash, CRT, Keno, Tab, Cash recycler, Bingo and Trivia
- Checking and receipting of clearance on a daily basis
- Balance all tills and floats when returned from Cash Recycler
- Preparation of ATM and ATM filling
- Minimise the clubs cash exposure during all operational hours
- Maintaining maximum security and accountability of any other valuables stored within the CCO
- Ensure all equipment are functioning
- Completing all worksheet listed on the CCO Check list
- Have sound knowledge of all compliance and work safety related to this role
- Training others where required
ABOUT YOU To be successful for this role, you should have the following: - Hold a current RSA and RCG, or be willing to obtain
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and other PC platforms
- High level of professionalism with sensitivity to confidential issues
- Excellent organisational, time management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights and weekends
