ABOUT THE ROLE Mounties Care Mobility & Independence is searching for a dedicated and experienced Franchise Manager to join our team on a full-time basis to support with servicing our office located in Osborne Park, WA. As a Franchise Manager, you will partner closely with franchise owners to elevate store performance, strengthen operational standards and bring our brand experience to life for every customers. More specifically, some of your key duties will include: - Partner with franchisees to grow sales, margin and overall profitability
- Analyse store performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable improvements
- Support product mix, merchandising, promotions and seasonal execution across stores
- Coach and influence store teams to improve key retail metrics
- Visit stores regularly to assess standards, compliance and operational execution
- Ensure strong in‑store practices across stock management, merchandising and replenishment
- Identify performance gaps and work with franchise partners to implement improvement plans
- Build trusted relationships with franchise owners and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Act as the key communication link between head office and the franchise network
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and legal requirements through audits and follow‑up
- Support new store openings, refurbishments and onboarding of new franchise partners
- Provide insights on risks, opportunities and overall network performance
ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate must hold the following as a minimum: - Proven previous experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs
- Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into action
- Organised, adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Exceptional communication skills including influencing and relationship building skills
- Valid Driver’s licence and willingness to travel
- Willing to provide a criminal record check prior as part of the employment process
