The Role

We’re seeking someone with excellent gaming industry knowledge who is ready to take that next step in their career and strengthen their skills in back of house gaming operations.  

 

Based at our Mounties venue located near Liverpool, you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day back of house gaming operations for 6 of our venues, ensuring the integrity of data is upheld and compliance is maintained.

 

More specifically your day to day tasks will include:

  • Cash flow analysis, gaming link reconciliation, gaming net analysis & auditing CMS reporting
  • Coordinate machine moves and associated system changes
  • Manage the Self Exclusion register
  • Ensuring compliance for all gaming related legislation, in particular the Gaming Machine Act 2010 & The Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (AML/CTF Act)
  • Provide training & assist our Gaming Analysts
  • Manage all gaming ancillary items

About You

  • Demonstrated experience working within the gaming industry
  • Previous experience in Gaming Analyst role or similar (2+ years)
  • Sound experience using a gaming system (Aristocrat S7000 desirable)
  • Proficient knowledge of machine & link metering, with ability to identify and rectify errors
  • Strong understanding of gaming related legislation
  • Intermediate or higher skills using Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management with strong attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism with sensitivity to confidential issues
  • Ability to multitask and work against multiple priorities
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, which may include day, nights, weekends & public holidays
