This is a rare opportunity for an energetic, motivated and committed team player to join our Beverage team.

About the Role:
We are looking for an up and coming Bar Manager who can lead a fun, dynamic and outgoing team and work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager. You will require at least 5 years’ experience in a bar position and need to hold a current RSA & RCG and relevant hospitality qualifications. Our preferred candidate will demonstrate a knowledge of cocktails making and spirits. This is a full-time role and you will be required to work a flexible roster including late nights on a Friday and Saturday. An attractive salary package will be negotiated with the right candidate.


More specifically your day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the day to day beverage operations with a hands-on approach including contemporary cocktail making
  • Inspire and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service to patrons
  • Staff roster, training, coaching and induction
  • Stock control and ordering
  • Working with suppliers and beverage companies in regard to promotions
  • Financial and cash handling


Skills and Experience:
To be considered for this role, our preferred candidate will:

  • Demonstrate a proven track record in similar bar/duty manager role(s)
  • Passion for developing a service culture
  • Hold a current NSW RSA & RCG and relevant hospitality certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Be able to motivate, coach & mentor staff and deliver training & induction
  • Be an excellent communicator capable of engaging, and building effective relationships, with a diverse range of people
  • Have problem solving, organisation & time management skills
