Part-time - Mounties

The role


Mounties located only a short 10 minute drive from Liverpool are currently seeking an experienced and confident Part-time Control Room Operator to join our team. 


If you have a keen eye for detail and don't mind  being an 'early bird' and 'night owl', this is the role for you. 


Working mostly throughout the evenings and weekends, your daily tasks will involve -  As a control room operator, responsibilities include: -

  • Monitor all cash in transit
  • Monitor all alarm activations
  • Inform and direct guards for rapid response to incidents
  • Monitor all club activities
  • Conduct investigations
  • Generate case reports

Skills & experience

  • Current 1ACE security licence
  • Current NSW RSA & RCG
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Previous experience in a similar role of a minimum of 3 years
  • An ability to be an 'early bird' and 'night owl' as shift starting and finishing times will fluctuate across days, nights and weekends
  • Concise investigative reports and follow up on incidents
  • Strong computer skills
  • An ability to give clear and concise instructions and keep the lead guard informed of club issues
  • An ability to anticipate customer movements and respond accordingly
  • Previous experience with 'Cware' & Geutebruck monitoring programs is desirable
