Harbord Diggers is looking for professional and energetic Casual Gaming Attendants to provide prompt and efficient service to our members and guests on our gaming floor. Paramount to your success you must be committed to ensuring our members and guests expectations are exceeded and maintained. Our shifts span from 8am through till 4.30am and we are open 365 days a year so there are plenty of shifts day and night!
Skills & experience
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
Previous customer service experience within the hospitality or a customer related role
People person who possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
A willingness to build a long-term relationship with our customers
Ability to multi-task & remain calm
The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Current NSW RSA & RCG certification
Great availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays
