THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, experienced, and creative Communications Executive (Digital & Direct) to join our team to support our Mounties Group brands on a full-time 12-month maternity leave contract with the potential to extend into a full-time capacity. 

 

We work in a fast-paced environment as we continue to grow our business and like to have fun along the way.  You will be working with the support of a broader marketing team as well as operations managers across each of your brands to achieve success. There are also a number of agencies available as support to ensure you are able to deliver excellence in your area.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising results through all digital and direct marketing campaigns across the group.

 

 More specifically, some of your key duties will include:

  • Managing direct marketing including SMS, Email, and app push notifications.
  • Reporting on performance of digital and direct Campaigns
  • Working with multiple agencies to optimise advertising spend.
  • Managing content across multiple websites / applications and ensure information is up to date.
  • Maximising relationships with digital and direct agencies
  • Ensuring assets adhere to Mounties Group Quality Standards
  • Supporting Marketing Team as required

 

IN YOUR TOOLKIT

To be successful in securing this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experiences:

  • Prior experience in Digital Marketing
  • Data driven, with a structured approach to digital marketing
  • HTML coding knowledge for EDM production
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Positive can-do attitude and ability to work well within a team 
  • Technologically Savvy, including Microsoft Office programs & Marketing Technology, Adobe Creative Suite
